投简历
本以为过Google简历关应该是一件很容易的事情，结果9月底就自己直接网申了，用的还是Publications占大半页的2页版CV。万万没想到10月29日收到了Google的拒信。

本来是不想麻烦同学来帮我内推的，但事已至此以别无其他选择，我立马联系了我在Google的好哥们SBD。
刚把简历发给他，就被鄙视了。他告诉我简历不要那么长，可以把publications删掉，多写写项目，还要我把上的课程加上去了，怕Google HR认为我是假CS专业出来的。于是我把简历发给他之后，以为投简历这个事情就告一段落了。
11月1日Google来了UCSC的Career Fair，排了二十来分钟的长队后我跟一个貌似Google HR的漂亮妹子介绍了一下我的基本情况，结果她一脸嫌弃地告诉我不用再挣扎了，今年没有机会了，也不用网申了。接着还给了写了个网址，我一眼就看出来跟拒信里的Guide to Technical Development是同一个网址。
期间我还花了几天时间做掉了传说中的Google Foobar，clear了所有level，做得是挺爽的，然而好像并没有什么用。
又过了两个星期，Google居然没有任何消息，我就开始跟SBD发牢骚，结果发现他还没帮我内推。他以为我最后把简历发他只是要他帮我看看。。。
推完后没几天，大概11月19日我就收到了Google发来的问卷。陆陆续续提供玩一系列资料后，11月22日收到了面试确认信息，两轮面试都安排在了12月14日下午，一个下午两点另一个下午三点。
电话面试
因为签了保密协议，所以具体的面试内容就不多说了。
据说Google的面试题都是面试官自己准备的，所以会可能会有面试官自己出的题，也可能会有面试官偷懒直接在网上找题目。而且同一个面试官应该会用同一套题目多次，所以多看看面经还是会有帮助的。
Google的题目总体感觉比Facebook要难上一个档次，但对Coding的要求有较大区别。面试Facebook的时候，任何小Bug都会被面试官发现并监督你改到最后。而Google的面试则更注重思路，Code写得差不多了，没有明显Bug就会进入下一题了，而且问的问题会开放很多。
第二轮的女面试官在我写完代码之后稍微看了一下说“Looks good”，然后就因为有事情匆匆忙忙挂掉了电话。后来发现那天好像是Google的什么Party，估计那面试官急着去参加活动。。。
12月14日面完，到1月6日居然还没有任何消息，与此同时很多人面试一周后就收到了结果。网上说Google的面试结果是一催就挂，我是实在着急的不行了，就给HR发了一封邮件。

三天后HR回复说我的材料将会在1月11日提交review committee，当天或者第二天就会有结果了。说到这里就不得不提一下Google的技术面试流程（我听说到的）。每轮技术面试后，面试官都会给申请人写评价，如果综合的评价积极的话，HR就会将申请人的材料和所有的评价提交review committe审核，目前是只有周三能提交审核，所以大部分面试结果都是周三之后通知的。另外，据说这个review也会刷掉一部分人，具体的概率据说网上能搜得到。
果然在1月12日我就收到了面试通过的邮件，同时Team match开始。
Team Match
因为当时某人Match了一个多月还没收到一个interview，让我对Team Match充满了不安感。
万万没想到，通知我通过技术面试的第二天就收到了一个Youtube的阿三host的邀请，第三天又收到了两个浙大校友host的邀请。阿三host约了3次电话面试都因为各种原因没面成，另外两个浙大的host都非常友好，最后都给了我offer。
最后我选择了一个MTV的组。
其他公司
Facebook找人内推面试了两轮，最后因为花了很多时间调一个很简单的题目的bug挂掉了。
Amazon做了两轮OA给了Offer。
Pivotal在Google Offer ddl的前几天给我做了Pair Programming视频面试，当天下午表示要给我安排onsite，结果我告知Google ddl后，对方表示来不及安排onsite了，我也懒得去找Google问是否能延期，所以只能作罢。
LinkedIn内推后HR向我确认毕业时间，确认之后表示这个毕业时间（2017年12月）不能实习，然后就发了拒信。
其他公司包括Airbnb，VSCO, Uber, Jane Street, eBay, Microsoft均没有内推，要么到现在还没有回应，要么就直接发了拒信。
教训
认真看面经，有些面试题看上去跟Leetcode原题很像，但实际上会有一些小区别。加上那些限制做法可能就完全不一样了，认真看面经。
